TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:Payment
-A 50% upfront payment is required before I begin working on the sketch. This payment is non-refundable once the sketching process has started.
-If you cancel the commission after I have started the sketch, the initial 50% payment will be retained as compensation for the time and work already invested.
- The remaining 50% payment is required after the sketch has been approved and before I proceed to the final rendering stage.
- Once the full payment has been received and I have started working on the final artwork, refunds are no longer available.
- If I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, I will provide a partial or full refund depending on the stage of completion.
- Prices may change depending on the complexity of the request.Process
• I send an each stage of work for an approval before moving to the final stage.
• Minor changes are allowed during the sketch stage.
• Major changes requested after approval may require an additional fee.
• The estimated completion time depends on my current workload.Usage policy
• You may use the artwork for personal use (profile pictures, wallpapers, personal posts).
• Commercial use, merchandise, or reselling the artwork requires additional permission and an extra fee.
• You may not use my artwork for AI training, NFTs, or claim it as your own.
• I may display the finished commission in my portfolio, social media, or galleries unless agreed otherwise.Please provide clear references and descriptions before starting.
